PatioLandia earned strong praise over several years for deck, patio, and outdoor space work under the team. However, a detailed 2-year-old one-star review documents serious recent problems: missed deadlines, failure to complete a project, lack of communication, unexplained extra charges, and alleged worker mistreatment. The contrast between earlier five-star reviews and this account raises questions about consistency or management changes.
Evidence is limited to Google reviews with no recent activity to clarify whether issues were resolved. Buyers should ask for recent references and clarify scope and payment terms upfront.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All four reviews are five-star. Clients praise the team's quality, cleanliness, and willingness to fix anything that doesn't meet expectations without pushback. Limited review text specific to deck work, but strong evidence of reliability and attention to detail.
Customers who hired this team describe courteous, professional crews who keep the work area clean. Several reviewers say small problems were fixed quickly, sometimes with a return visit. Reviewers mention sunrooms, screened porches, awnings, pergolas, and a fence. One reviewer says the team helped with permits and approvals, and another praises the roof work and railing design on a screen room.
Hambleton Handyman earns a 4.8 average across 103 Google reviews, with most reviewers praising polite, careful technicians. Many describe steady updates before and during visits, and some say billing was clear. Reviews are mostly about general handyman work, so deck-specific feedback is limited.
