What do customers say?

The team excels at connecting with homeowners from first call through job completion. Staff answer phones directly, respond to quotes within hours, and technicians arrive punctual and knowledgeable, often explaining their work in detail. They tackle varied projects cleanly and finish on schedule, earning repeat customers.

Work quality spans custom carpentry like media walls and stair remodeling, window installations, and plumbing or fixture upgrades. One billing dispute highlights a gap: pricing wasn't itemized upfront, charges didn't match work performed, and resolution took customer persistence before correction.
